LENT PAUSE & PRACTICE: Beginning Ash Wednesday with an Introduction and invitation to Get Ready. Then, each Saturday in Lent you receive an email highlighting one spiritual practice. Your email will have a downloadable video and audio recording giving background to the practice and outlining the process so you can try it.
You also receive a sheet with a suggestion for a Pause before you begin your practice, and Prompts for reflection or journaling, along with a script highlighting what is said on the recording.
